The Regulation on Promotional and Informative Activities in Health Services (“Regulation”) was published in the Official Gazette dated 29.07.2023 and numbered 32263.
The Regulation aims to determine the basic principles regarding the promotional and informative activities in health services, to regulate the procedures pertaining to the supervision of these activities and the sanctions to be imposed.
Besides framing the basic principles, the Regulation also stipulates respect for privacy, confidentiality, and use of visual content in promotional and informative activities in health services.
