The updated Guideline on Procurement of Pharmaceuticals from Abroad has been published by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency on 29 September 2023.
The Guideline covers application for use of medicines abroad and conformity of medicinal products for human use, criteria for procurement, representative criteria and obligations, control certificates, QR coding procedures, Drug Tracking System notification and list of foreign active substances that can be used without additional approval.
