The Decree Amending the Decree on the Pricing of Medical Products for Human Use was published in the Official Gazette dated 23 July 2023 and numbered 32257.
On July 23, 2023, the Decree Amending the Decree on the Pricing of Medical Products for Human Use was published in the Official Gazette numbered 32257.
As per the amendment;
- The Euro 1 value to be used in the pricing of medicinal products for human use has been set as TRY 14.0387 with an increase of 30.5%.
- The bar values were updated according to the increase rate in the Euro value and were set as TRY 48.41 for price protected products and TRY 25.30 for other values.
- Increases up to TRY 4 applied as per Provisional Article 7 will be factored out in the periodic Euro value update. Increases up to TRY 4 to be applied after the update will be added to the warehouse sale prices of the products without changing their TRY value.
