Ayşen is a registered trademark and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and has been practicing in this field since 2005.

She has counseled a wide range of multinational and local clients for all aspects of their IP portfolio management, including availability and clearance searches, prosecution works, settlement negotiations, transactions and maintenance. She has handled a great number of administrative oppositions, appeals and responses to oppositions and office actions at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

​

Ayşen has the experience of representing clients from numerous business sectors including electronics, video games, finance, fashion, cosmetics, consumer goods, automotive, food and beverage, textile, hotel, pharmaceuticals and nutrition.

​

She participated in several annual meetings of the INTA (International Trademark Association) since 2008 to date and is a member of INTA Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee. She was the Secretary General of Turkish National Group of FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys) from 2017 to 2021.
