ARBITRATION

We represent our clients in domestic and international commercial arbitral proceedings under the rules of various domestic and international arbitration institutions as well as ad hoc procedures. Our experience extends to the main institutions including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, ICSID and ISTAC. We provide our clients with customized strategic advice with a view to achieving the best possible result. We conduct arbitration proceedings in Turkish, English and French.

We assist and represent clients at every stage of arbitration - from drafting the arbitration agreement to the conduct of the arbitration proceedings and through the set aside applications and recognition and enforcement of the arbitral awards in Turkey. While drafting arbitration agreements, we take a proactive approach to avoid issues that may lead up to disputes and to maximize our clients’ chances of success in the event of a dispute.
